After gathering insights from the Discovery Workshop, we developed detailed buyer personas and a distinctive positioning statement for Vast Fitness. We then audited and optimised all existing campaign activities to ensure they aligned with the new strategy. For Google Ads, we performed an OptiScore analysis, redefined high-priority keywords, and launched a Performance Max (PMAX) campaign to boost brand awareness and engagement. On Meta Ads, we implemented a full-funnel approach covering awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, complemented by A/B testing to maximise results. Our SEO efforts included optimising existing content, creating new pages and blog posts, and improving search rankings and organic traffic. Finally, with HubSpot integration, we introduced a custom lead scoring system and automated workflows to enhance lead quality and streamline the sales process.
