Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments made to Grow Business Digitally are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Google Ads Management
- SEO Services
- Website Design & Development
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing & Automation
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Service not yet started after payment
- Cancellation within 2 hours of payment (if no work has begun)
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Work has already commenced or been delivered
- Campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) have been launched
- Dissatisfaction due to lack of expected results (as outcomes cannot be guaranteed)
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of approvals, missing information)
- Change of mind after service delivery has started
4. Advertising Spend
Any third-party costs, including ad spend on platforms like:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the advertising platforms.
5. Website & Development Projects
- Deposits for website design and development are non-refundable
- Once a project reaches a milestone or completion, refunds will not be issued
- Partial refunds may be considered if work has not yet progressed significantly
6. Subscription & Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services:
- Clients must provide written notice (7–14 days) before the next billing cycle to cancel
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once services have begun
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Additional administrative fees
